Senior Project Manager
As Senior Project Manager, Brian assists and oversees Tapani Plumbing's project managers and project foreman ensuring all projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Brian starting working for Tapani Plumbing in 2002 as an estimator's assistant. He was involved with estimating operations for several years before moving over to a project Project Manager position in 2005. Brian has excelled as a project manager by getting involved with the projects early with extensive pre-planning. He follows through with timely communication & execution. Brian has the natural ability to look at a project & quickly fit the pieces of the puzzle together. He also handles the organizing and dispatching of manpower and crews.
As well as his project manager role, Brian is the sole representative of the Construction Apprenticeship Training Committees program, in which he oversees Tapani Plumbing's apprentices' involvement with their apprenticeship program.
In his spare time, Brian enjoys spending time outdoors and in the mountains hiking, hunting, fishing and biking
