Special Projects Manager
As Special Project Manager, Carl assists and oversees the service department, tenant improvements and Tapani Plumbing's foreman ensuring all projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Carl starting working for Tapani Plumbing in 1999 as a plumbing apprentice and rose through the ranks to become a project forman. Carl holds a journeyman license in both Washington & Oregon.
Due to the quality of his work and his attention to detail, Carl was promoted to a Project Manager position in 2005. Carl has excelled as a project manager using his knowledge and experience to troubleshoot and pre-plan the projects, working on commercial projects setting a foothold in niche areas of the building industry, using his knowledge and experience with large general contractors and suppliers that have the same company values, providing a quality service for our clients and our company.
Carl enjoys hiking & exploring the great outdoors in his spare time.
